After completing this course, students should be able to:
Describe the Lotus Notes and Domino architecture and components.
Perform basic administrative tasks using the Domino administrative tools.
Install and configure a basic infrastructure with a single domain using an existing deployment plan.
Set up mail routing in the single-domain environment.
Perform standard server maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
Register and maintain Lotus Notes and non-Lotus Notes users.
Prerequisites
The prerequisites for IBM Lotus Domino 7 Administration Fast Track include previous system administration experience, and attendance in the following IBM Lotus Notes 7 end user courses (or equivalent experience):

The target audience for IBM Lotus Domino 7 Administration Fast Track is administrators new to Domino who are responsible for all aspects of Domino administration, including:
Installing and setting up a basic Lotus Notes and Domino 7 infrastructure
Setting up Domino mail servers in the corporate intranet and extranet (Internet) environment
Maintaining the Domino environment
